Thanks Mom for being such a great Mother and Grandmother. For teaching us all it is so important to reach out to others that are less fortunate, to give until it hurts, and to pray constantly. For teaching everyone in giving of yourself, be it only spending time with someone for 5 mins. will inpact them to feel that "they matter" and they are special. You will be in the arms of Jesus now, and surrounded by your heavenly family. Someday we will be together again...and we will have much fun picking all the flowers we want, playing button-button,and singing songs. (My favorite that I will always remember is your singing Silent Night in harmony with the folk group in church. You made me tear up everytime.) Love you Ma, you will alway hold a special place in my heart.

Dear Draeger Family. Your mother used to write letters and cards for my grandmother at the Convelescent Center. My Grandma is gone 15 years now, but we still remember and cherish the angel who sang to our Grandma and helped us to keep in touch since none of us lived in Marshfield. There has to be a special place in heaven for someone like her. You can all be very proud of her.

What a beautifully written obit....very heartfelt and loving...just like your Mom. I have such fond memories of all her visits to the Nursing Home (on West 14th) when my Grandma Marcella Kolbeck was there. She spent so much time with her and I was very lucky to get to know her more and share in her wonderful stories about her 4 and a half dozen children! She was such a card!! My Grandma enjoyed her many visits, and I was so thankful that she took the time to check on Grandma so often. She truly was a caring person, that gave from her heart with her whole heart.
Ray, your sermon today was incredible. Bob & I both said it was the most moving sermon we have ever experienced in our entire lives. You are a very strong individual to be able to write such a sermon and then share it personally with all of us. We know how much your heart is breaking, yet you care enough about all of us share that pain and teach us in that gentle way of yours. You are an inspiration to all of us, God truly has Blessed us with you as our Deacon and friend.
As you seen, Alex was not with us at Sacred Heart this morning to hear your sermon. We would love to share it with him. And quite honestly, I want to pray about it, reflect on it, and yes, cry a bit, over and over, and so does Bob. When your "life" settles down a bit, would it be possible to get a copy of it some time? It would mean so much to us. There is no hurry, please take care of you and your family and put this request on the back burner until "life" settles...
I cannot say enough about your sermon this morning and how much it touched Bob & I. Such beauty shared from your heart while your heart is aching so deeply. Your Mom was a very lucky woman to be able to call you, Son.
With deepest sympathy, and many thoughts and prayers, Always, Krisan & Bob

For those of the Draeger Family that did not see what I put on my Facebook page. Just wanted you all to know how much Dolores will be missed. With her big family and all the volunteer work she still found time to write me after I was married and thru the years her words and laughter help me get thru very difficult times. She was a true inspiration of what God wants us to be. I can just see all her family in heaven singing and dancing together. My prayers will be with all of you. Love Marie

Dear Draeger Family, I was saddened to hear of Dolores's death. She and my mother, Valborg Chronquist, shared many meals together and Mom got to know and love her and your family. You will miss "Mama" (as Mom called her), but she will live on with you through wonderful memories. You are in my prayers.

To the entire Draeger family, our most heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Your mother was one in a million. She helped my Grandmother as a true and treasured friend, sometimes in more ways than the entire Bell family was able to at times...even staying overnights with her to assist at times when nobody else in the relation was able to – she was an absolute Godsend to my Grandmother and our family and her kindness will never be forgotten!
Sincerely,
Jim, Patti, and Samantha Bell, plus my mother Muriel Bell

To the Draeger Family. You all have been in my thoughts and prayers this past week. I wish I could have attended the celebration of Dolores's life at the beautiful Bakerville's church. I understand that it was filled with so much love and warmth. Her spirit must be soaring so very high. God bless you all.
