Alfred W. Hauke, 86, Weyauwega, formerly of Marshfield died on Friday, May 4, 2012 at the Weyauwega Health Care Center, Weyauwega, WI.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30am Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Peter Manickam officiating. . Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday at the church from 10am until time of service

Alfred was born on February 21, 1926 in Rozellville, WI, to Theodore and Lena (nee Denz) Hauke. He attended St. Roberts Parochial School in Rozellville and graduated from Marshfield Senior High School
He was united in marriage to Arlene T. Fischer on October 14, 1948 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Rozellville. Arlene died on April 6, 1981.
He served in the United States Army in the Pacific Theater from April 17, 1945 until his honorable discharge on November 8, 1946.
He and his father Theodore, where founders of Hauke Honey and is still operated today by his son Doug. After retiring, Alfred moved to east Texas until entering the Weyauwega Health Care Center 10 years ago. He enjoyed playing sheepshead and cribbage.
Alfred is survived by his children, Deb West of Las Vegas, NV, Colleen (Allen) Bray of Colorado Springs, CO, Doug Hauke of Marshfield, Cheryl (Jim) Baszynski of Waupaca, Tami (Gary) Kalajian of Cambridge, MA and Kari Hauke of New Hampshire. He is further survived by seven grandchildren and a sister-in-law Evelyn Hauke of Marshfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, infant son Joseph, and his brothers and sisters.
